I started my career in automobile dealerships , working in every department to have a thorough understanding of how sales and service are carried out. This would later prove to be invaluable for California Lemon Law cases.

I personally had a “lemon” new car in 1995. I hired a lemon law attorney to represent me. He said right up front that this manufacturer had won the last 6 cases in trial. I did all the technical research, and provided it to my attorney for his “days in court”. I had my attorney so prepared with documents only available to the manufacturer that we won our case – by unanimous jury.

From there I started getting calls from lemon law attorney firms throughout California’, wanting to hire me for my automotive knowledge and access to otherwise unattainable, “secret” manufacturer’s documents. I ran this corporation for almost 3 years, until the next change in my career came.

A lemon law attorney hailed a meeting with me. He knew all about the jury trial that was won, the other lemon law attorneys I was working with on their cases, and he said “let’s team up”. We made an agreement that we would have me review the repair documents on  potential cases. At this time the law firm was a small, “boutique” lemon law firm, doing 7-10 cases a month. Once we were working together,  I spoke with almost all new potential clients, and reviewed hundreds of repair history files a month. Within 3 years, we were taking in over 100 cases a month – or more. Potential clients enjoyed talking with me, and they knew I understood their frustration, their situation, and their cars problems. The firm quickly grew into California’s largest lemon law firm, with over 19,000 cases won/settled. We were the only lemon law attorney firm that employed an on-staff lemon law auto expert. Very powerful in settling cases. After a personally rewarding 26 career at this law firm, I retired December 2025. But the calls kept coming into me after retirement. So many people had my number, or found it as I am still all over the internet. People still wanted to speak with the lemon law auto expert before making any decisions. So, out of my desire to help people, I have come out of retirement to help California consumers with their 2021 and newer “lemon” vehicles.
